A Legacy of Community Living in Sicklerville
The Raintree neighborhood is a residential development of 74 homes located in the Sicklerville section of Gloucester Township, Camden County, with construction on many properties dating to the mid-to-late 1990s, such as 1995 and 1999.
While Sicklerville itself has a history dating back to its founding by John Sickler in 1851, Raintree is a modern suburban addition to the area. It is situated within the broader, historically agricultural area of Sicklerville, which was established in the 1800s and developed into a suburban community.
Before becoming a residential hub, the land in Sicklerville was an abundance of pine and cedar forest used for charcoal production and later transitioned into a farming community throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries.
Today, Raintree represents the suburban expansion that characterized South Jersey during the late 20th century. Raintree is recognized for its quiet, suburban feel with convenient access to major local roads and proximity to nature.

Our mission is to foster a safe, inclusive, and transparent environment through dedicated leadership. We strive to enhance community engagement and property values by maintaining the high standards and rich architectural heritage that define our neighborhood today.
